Sneaker Con invaded New York City on Saturday, June 18th, 2011. Hosting over 2,000 sneakerheads from all over the country, Sneaker Con provided an opportunity for sneaker fanatics to get their hands on some of the most sought after kicks in sneaker world. Vendors and patrons huddled throughout the SOHO venue swapping shoes and contact information in order to conduct future deals. Brands such as adidas Original and Chiv displayed footwear from their upcoming season which created a spilled over buzz throughout the event. The Jermey Scott series by adidas Original was displayed on site and included some real well to do styles that we have yet to see from the revolutionary designer. Other well known vendors included Citysole.com, Chicago natives Windycitysole.com and clothing brands like 8&9 and Bloodlinefresh displayed some of their latest fashions. For those of you that are outside NYC, Sneaker Con is set to hit Miami on July 30th and Washington DC on August 6th.
